Hra neobsahuje reklamy, chat, sledování ani analytiku a údaje neprodáváme.

Jaké údaje zpracováváme a proč

Nepotvrzené a dlouho nepoužívané účty: [PRAVIDLO].

Kdo údaje zpracovává

[POSKYTOVATEL HOSTINGU] (server a databáze, [ZEMĚ EU]), [POSKYTOVATEL E-MAILU] (rozesílání e-mailů k účtu).

Bezpečnost a změny

Reboot Valley: privacy policy

Effective from: [DATE]. Controller: [NAME OR COMPANY], company ID [ID], [ADDRESS]. Contact: [E-MAIL].

Reboot Valley needs an account and an internet connection. Your progress is saved on our server. The game has no ads, chat, tracking or analytics, and we do not sell data.

What we process and why

E-mail and password (only a hash of the password is stored): the account, confirming the address, resetting the password. Legal basis: contract.
Your saved game (town, level, currencies, quests): so you can keep playing, also on another device. Legal basis: contract.
Date and version of your consent to the terms, e-mail language: proof of consent and communication. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
Records of login attempts: protection against abuse. The application stores the IP address only as a one-way hash and removes it soon after the time limit ends, usually within an hour. The hosting provider may keep technical logs: [PERIOD]. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Only the login, settings (language, sound) and the age entered on first launch stay on the phone. The age is not sent anywhere.

How long we keep it

Until you delete the account. Deleting it removes the data from the live database at once; backups lose it within [NUMBER] days. Unconfirmed and long unused accounts: [RULE].

Who processes it

[HOSTING PROVIDER] (server and database, [EU COUNTRY]), [E-MAIL PROVIDER] (account e-mails). We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.

Your rights

You may access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, object to processing, and complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or your local authority. Delete the account in the game's Settings or at rebootvalley.com/delete-account. Ask for a copy of your data at [E-MAIL].

Children

You may only create an account if you are at least 15, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If we find an account without that consent, we delete it. Parents can contact us at [E-MAIL].

Security and changes

The connection is encrypted, and passwords and login tokens are not stored in readable form. We announce important changes in the game or by e-mail.
